OUR STORY
Since I was a child, I was fascinated by the magic of capturing memories on a little piece of paper. In those days, getting a photograph was a whole process: buying a roll of film, taking care of it, waiting for it to be developed... It was a unique emotion! Maybe that's why the effort behind each image was so highly valued. I always dreamed of photography, but at the time I didn't have the means to dedicate myself to it. Getting a camera and taking classes was not easy, so my dream was put on hold. However, the desire never disappeared. Years later, while participating in a wedding event, I confirmed that photography was my true passion. I decided to buy my first camera, studied at the Hispanic Cultural Institute in Houston and met colleagues with whom I continue to share learning and inspiration. Today, with more experience, I have the invaluable support of my twin children, Andrea and Kevin. Andrea brings her talent in creativity and lighting, and Kevin on the technical and editing side. Together, we make a great team. At the end of the day, the important thing is to do what you love in the company of the people you love. For me, photography is more than an image; it is the possibility to preserve emotions and tell stories. As David Alan Harvey said: “Don't photograph how it looks, photograph how it feels.” My wish is that photography does not lose its essence, that it transcends the digital and becomes a tangible memory, printed on a small piece of paper.
